Where does the map data come from?
From reports neighbors make with the LuzRD app. Each zone reflects what people in that area say about the power — not the utility companies.
Is this official information from EdeEste, EdeSur or EdeNorte?
No. LuzRD is a community map. It helps you quickly see what neighbors report, but it does not replace the utilities' official channels.
Can I report an outage from the website?
For now, reports are made from the mobile app so each vote comes from someone on site. The website shows the live map for everyone to see.
Why do neighbors sometimes disagree?
This happens with mixed reports in the same sector (some say power is out, others say it's on). The app detects this as 'Split votes' (orange on the map). It often comes from phase issues, local transformers, or temporary report mismatches.
